Who We Are
The Rural Health Team (RHT) is a dynamic group of young medical and non-medical professionals united by a shared mission: to bring quality healthcare and health education to underserved rural communities in Tororo District and beyond. Founded in 2017, RHT emerged from the annual medical outreach programs organized by the Anthill Foundation and Rotary International. Registered as a Community-Based Organization (CBO), we work in partnership with the Tororo District Health Office and other nonprofit organizations to transform healthcare access and improve health standards in rural Uganda.

Starting with small outreach programs and medical camps, RHT has grown into a recognized force for good, delivering impactful healthcare interventions to thousands of people annually.
Today, we are a team of dedicated professionals, volunteers, and community leaders working to make quality healthcare a reality for all.
